Privacy policy.

We collect the information you give us (name, email, phone, shipping addresses, payment details via Stripe), information generated by your use of the platform (listings, messages, transactions, ratings), and technical data (device, browser, IP address).

We use your data to operate the platform (matching, escrow, shipping integration), prevent fraud, provide support, and communicate with you about your transactions. Transactional emails always send. Marketing emails are off by default.

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), EasyPost (shipping), Resend (email delivery), Google (Maps, Places, Vision for product identification). We do not sell your data to advertisers.

You can access, export, and delete your data at any time from the account page or by emailing privacy@bringos.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for session management and basic analytics. You can clear them from your browser at any time. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
